  1. Executive Summary

Immercial Limited was incorporated on 7 February 2023 to deliver high-value MEP cost consultancy through a systems-led model—scalable through expertise, not headcount. In our first two years, we’ve supported clients across multiple sectors. Our strategy focuses on:

  • Revenue growth via IMME Tiers
  • Platform evolution of the IMME Portal
  • Becoming essential to core clients so demand exceeds available capacity

We remain lean, trusted, and technology-driven, with founder-led delivery anchored in structure, not staffing.

  1. Mission

Deliver expert MEP cost consultancy through proprietary systems and a global network of specialists, maximising client capacity, accelerating delivery, and ensuring consistent, high-value outcomes.

  1. Vision

Unify global MEP cost management with shared frameworks, benchmarks, and knowledge, enabling every project, company, and professional to work under one standard, symbolised by our logo.

5. Niche

Dedicated to MEP cost consultancy, driven by continuous improvement and a connected global community.

  1. Services & Pricing Strategy

Structured as outcome-led, per-project tiers:

IMME Tiers

Tier 1 – Comprehensive (£x / month)

High-intensity consultancy with a fast working rhythm. Expect frequent, almost daily, touchpoints, rapid turnaround cycles, and responsive coordination to keep momentum high and ensure progress stays on track.

This is the top of the ladder — close contact every week, moving quickly and adjusting as things evolve.

Tier 2 – Focused (£x / month)

Targeted consultancy built around structured working sessions. Engagement is concentrated into planned bursts, creating efficient, predictable delivery with the ability to flex if acceleration is required.

This is the middle rung of the ladder — regular involvement, but in defined bursts rather than always-on.

Tier 3 – Advisory (£x / month)

Light-touch consultancy providing direction and oversight at pivotal weekly or monthly moments. Involvement is pre-agreed, very structured, and minimal in cadence.

This is the lower rung of the ladder — strategic counsel at key moments without deep involvement.

The Tier Ladder at a Glance

Tier 1 – Comprehensive
High-intensity, fast-moving, frequent engagement.

Tier 2 – Focused
Structured bursts, predictable and efficient delivery.

Tier 3 – Advisory
Strategic counsel at key moments with light involvement.

IMME Tiers are charged per project. Any additional scope requires a separate agreement to preserve clarity.

Tier fees above are reviewed and adjusted annually each December.

While the IMME Tier model forms our standard delivery structure, in exceptional circumstances a day-rate model may be offered. This is always scoped on a per-project basis, remains outcome-focused (not hour-based), and does not imply general availability or open access. Day-rate work, if agreed, is treated as an entirely separate engagement.

  1. Risk & Mitigation
  • Risk: Over-reliance on founders and timeline of community input

    • Mitigation: We already engage expert consultants to support plans—but only those who maintain our unique level of client delivery. Elevate to timeline.

  • Risk: Platform development delays

    • Mitigation: Lean roadmap, defined tech milestones/partnerships

  • Risk: Client churn

    • Mitigation: Clear onboarding, consistent reviews

  • Risk: Scope creep

    • Mitigation: Defined IMME tiers and documented scope control

  1. Management & Team
  • Principal Consultant & Strategy Lead
  • Operations & Reporting
  • IMME Consultants – External specialists engaged on a per-project basis

Our goal is to expand the IMME delivery method using highly specialised, independent consultants—not employees. In doing so, it will help us to replicate what makes Immercial unique but in wider bandwidth of other MEP cost delivery sectors and specific functions such as estimating, programming, legal, or engineering. We will only partner with the best in specific domains, working under the IMME structure to maintain consistent quality across projects.

  1. Growth & Investment

Future investment would support:

  • Expansion of the IMME Portal as a licensed SaaS product
  • Platform onboarding tools and automation
  • International delivery capability
  • Government partnerships and infrastructure programmes
  • Activation of high-value consultant networks
  • Achieving projected growth would require infrastructure investment, platform licensing, and scaling operations through elite consultant networks.
