Our cost plan generator is driven by our proven MEP benchmark package data. Our Schedule of Rates provides the underlying item-level rate support for the benchmark packages where detailed SOR data is available. Every SOR item is aligned to a benchmark package. Where a benchmark package is not currently represented within the SOR, the cost plan continues to utilise our proven package-level benchmark percentage.
