Immercial maintains strict version control of all IMME templates, benchmarks and definitions.
Users must always download the latest version directly from the Immercial website and avoid storing or circulating outdated copies.
This ensures that all QSs worldwide are aligned and working to the same standard.

What’s the set up
Our systems are being built for global scalability, but delivery capacity is expanded responsibly through controlled onboarding, accreditation, review, and audit.
We are not building a traditional large consultancy model. Our core team will remain close, specialist and founder-led, delivering key MEP QS work remotely and through controlled office-based collaboration as the business grows.
Bandwidth plans
To increase capacity responsibly, Immercial is developing a wider bandwidth model made up of:
The central Foundation team delivering and controlling core MEP QS services.
The IMME Method providing templates, procedures, benchmarks, workflows and quality standards.
AI-assisted governance supporting consistency, checking, data handling and commercial review.
An approved specialist network of MEP QSs, cost estimators, consultants and trainees who are known, trained, accredited or reviewed by Immercial.
Future partner firms and agencies who may adopt the method under licence, audit and compliance controls.
This allows Immercial to grow capacity without losing control of quality.
Governance
Where work is issued under the Immercial name, Immercial remains responsible for the method, structure, review and governance of the deliverable. Where a client wishes to directly engage an Immercial-approved specialist, a clear introduction arrangement may apply.

Students can enter through a pathway. Experienced consultants can become approved specialists. Partner firms can later adopt the method under licence.
