Immercial maintains strict version control of all IMME templates, benchmarks and definitions.

Users should work from the current version issued through an official Immercial-controlled source and avoid relying on outdated or unofficial copies.

This supports consistent use of current Immercial methods, definitions and commercial information.

All official IMME documents and controlled resources may contain identifiers including:

Template ID
Version number
Watermark
Licence or copyright text
Immercial Method™ branding

Where present, these identifiers should remain visible and unchanged. They support authenticity, version recognition and protection of Immercial intellectual property.

The Immercial Method™ provides a structured commercial workflow across the project lifecycle.

The relevant stages should be applied in a logical sequence appropriate to the project, engagement and commercial issue being managed.

This supports continuity, traceability and controlled commercial decision-making from enquiry through delivery and reconciliation.

Official IMME content remains controlled by Immercial.

Where internal adaptation is permitted under the current IMME Licence or an engagement-specific agreement, users must not present modified material as an official Immercial standard or controlled IMME issue.

Core Immercial terminology, definitions, commercial logic and intellectual property should not be misrepresented or attributed incorrectly.

This protects the distinction between official Immercial-controlled material and adaptations made for a particular organisation, project or purpose.

IMME intellectual property and controlled resources should be accessed only through official Immercial-controlled websites, portals or authorised delivery channels.

Unauthorised re-hosting, redistribution or publication through third-party channels is not permitted except where expressly authorised by Immercial.

This helps maintain version control, provenance and a reliable source of current information.

Use of IMME intellectual property is governed by the current IMME Licence together with any engagement-specific agreement, access condition or written permission issued by Immercial.

Permitted internal use and adaptation remains subject to the terms of that licence.

Resale, unauthorised redistribution, public republication, third-party platform embedding or other commercial exploitation is restricted unless expressly authorised by Immercial.

Where an engagement-specific agreement imposes additional controls, those requirements apply to that engagement.

IMME AI is a controlled, domain-specific support capability within Immercial’s commercial delivery ecosystem.

IMME intellectual property must not be used to train, fine-tune or develop external or general-purpose AI systems except where expressly authorised by Immercial.

IMME AI may use governed Immercial knowledge including relevant methods, templates, benchmark information, rate information and controlled commercial guidance.

AI-supported outputs are intended to assist retrieval, analysis, structure and specialist review. They do not replace project-specific validation, professional judgement, commercial recommendation or client-facing responsibility.

Immercial retains specialist review and responsibility for its professional service outputs in accordance with the relevant engagement.

The Immercial Method and associated systems are subject to controlled review and continual improvement.

Improvements may arise from project experience, specialist review, client feedback, system development, benchmark intelligence and identified gaps or opportunities.

Suggestions and observations may be submitted to Immercial for consideration.

Immercial determines whether proposed changes are incorporated following appropriate review, validation and version control.

Immercial communicates relevant changes to controlled methods, systems and resources through appropriate official channels.

This may include:

version release notes
change logs
update notices
methodology or system improvements

Users, collaborators and client teams should use current information relevant to their access and engagement.

Where appropriate, Immercial may review use of controlled IMME material to confirm alignment with the applicable licence, engagement requirements and version controls.

This may include:

confirming current version references
checking attribution or controlled identifiers
reviewing appropriate template or system use
confirming that modified material is not represented as an official Immercial issue

The purpose is to protect intellectual property, document integrity, commercial consistency and appropriate professional use.
