Immercial Limited: 2025 Charge-Out Fees

A collective model built around you
Status: Informational fee schedule for business clients. Binding commercial terms are set out in the Terms of Sale, Consultancy Agreement, and Policy. In the event of inconsistency, those documents prevail.

Our Model

Immercial operates from our Rickmansworth HQ using a proprietary systems model developed entirely in-house. This enables high-quality, efficient MEP cost management through intelligent workflows, senior consultancy, and smart technology rather than headcount expansion.

Our monthly fees are fully inclusive of our software, licences, workspace, and support infrastructure. There are no hidden charges. These all-in rates reflect our commitment to transparency, simplicity, and lasting value.

How We Work

Key principles:

• Pre-scheduled meetings only — no unscoped or ad-hoc calls
• Lean communication — no excess email chains
• Focused site visits — gather, advise, move forward
• No general involvement — we are not a substitute for employees

We leverage our proprietary software, custom-built AI models, products, and our IMME Portal to enhance efficiency.

IMME Tiers, Not Time

We don’t sell hours; we deliver outcomes. Our delivery model is built on IMME Tiers — a structured way to align the rhythm and intensity of engagement each week.

Per-Project Model

IMME Tiers are charged per project. Any additional project work requires a separate tier agreement to ensure clarity and maintain delivery quality.

At each month-end, we review how the engagement played out and adjust the tier for the next month if needed. In rare cases where a client requests an unusually high level of support approaching a full-time month, we may apply an additional fixed fee — typically £2,000 to £4,000 — to reflect that temporary, recovery-grade intensity. This does not constitute full-time delivery; it recognises exceptional effort when circumstances require it.

Tier Pricing (2025)

Tier 1 – Comprehensive — £8,250 / month
High-intensity consultancy with a fast working rhythm: frequent touchpoints, rapid turnarounds, and responsive coordination to keep momentum high.

Tier 2 – Focused — £5,500 / month
Targeted consultancy built around structured working sessions. Engagement occurs in planned bursts, enabling efficient, predictable delivery with the ability to flex.

Tier 3 – Advisory — £2,750 / month
Light-touch consultancy providing direction and oversight at pivotal weekly or monthly moments. Involvement is pre-agreed, structured, and low cadence.

The Tier Ladder

Tier 1 – Comprehensive
• Engagement: High-intensity
• Rhythm: Fast-moving, frequent involvement

Tier 2 – Focused
• Engagement: Structured bursts
• Rhythm: Predictable and efficient delivery

Tier 3 – Advisory
• Engagement: Strategic counsel
• Rhythm: Minimal cadence at key moments

Our Tiered Value Model

For context, our indicative standard day rate (see below) is £650 (subject to location and project-specific factors). Multiplied by a typical working month, this equates to ~£14,000. By comparison, even at Tier 1 our capped monthly fee is £8,250 (subject to the exceptional-intensity adjustment described above) — roughly 60% of that total. In practice, Tier 1 reflects an average rhythm of around three days per week. This structure is intentional: it delivers high-intensity support without the full-time day-rate cost, while ensuring we retain the autonomy and bandwidth to deliver consistently at a high level.

Beyond Tier 1 & Alternative Day-Rate Engagements

Some clients prefer day-rate engagements, which we accommodate where it best suits the project. While our tiered, outcome-based model is the core approach, day rates can be provided on a per-project basis, taking into account specific scope, intensity, duration, and required inputs.

All day-rate agreements are strictly project-specific. They do not cover, imply, or extend to other tasks or projects outside the agreed scope. Additional work requires separate terms and pricing.

Day-rate engagement refers to focused delivery within that day — not open-ended availability or continuous access. As with our tiers, this ensures strategic input and efficient outcomes rather than hourly presence.

Indicative standard day rate: £650/day (subject to yearly rate review, location, complexity, and project-specific requirements).

Travel Outside England

We do not accept client-covered travel expenses or provide receipts. Instead, long-distance and international travel is charged at all-inclusive day rates:

£1,500 / day — Europe
£2,500 / day — Wider EMEA (e.g., Middle East, North & Sub-Saharan Africa)
£3,000 / day — All other international destinations

These fixed rates cover flights, accommodation, transfers, and incidental costs. They eliminate administrative overhead, uphold boundaries, and reflect the operational impact of international travel.

Annual Review & Price Changes

• Tier fees are reviewed annually each December.
• Any change to fees will be communicated in writing, and will apply from the next monthly cycle.
• If a client does not agree to a new fee, they may terminate before the change takes effect in accordance with the Terms of Sale.

Currency, Taxes & Invoicing

• Fees may be invoiced in GBP (£) or EUR (€).
• If invoiced in EUR, we may adjust for conversion factors.
• VAT and any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges are payable by the client in addition to the stated fees.
• Standard payment terms and late-payment provisions are set out in the Terms of Sale.
