We invite all clients to read our charge out fees before all engagements.
Immercial Limited: 2026 Charge-Out Fees
A collective model built around you
Status
This is an informational fee schedule for business clients. Binding commercial terms are set out in the Terms of Sale, Consultancy Agreement, and Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, those documents prevail.
Our Model
Immercial operates from our Rickmansworth HQ using a proprietary systems model developed entirely in-house. This enables high-quality, efficient MEP cost management through intelligent workflows, senior consultancy, and smart technology rather than headcount expansion.
Our monthly fees are fully inclusive of our software, licences, workspace, and support infrastructure. There are no hidden charges. These all-in rates reflect our commitment to transparency, simplicity, and lasting value.
How We Work
Key principles:
-
Pre-scheduled meetings only — no unscoped or ad-hoc calls
-
Lean communication — no excess email chains
-
Remote delivery as standard, with site visits undertaken only when and how we determine necessary to gather information, advise, and move forward
-
No general involvement — we are not a substitute for employees
-
Extensive use of our proprietary software, custom-built AI models, products, and the IMME Portal to enhance efficiency

B. Per-Project IMME Governance Fee (Monthly Recurring)

Same fee for all clients
-
Each project is audited throughout its lifecycle
If a project is not audited, it cannot use the IMME Method. Companies using IMME Method templates on projects must not transfer or reuse them on other projects without the applicable IMME fee. Any such use will result in the revocation of IMME Method rights. Copying or redistribution of templates is strictly prohibited under the Terms.
C. IMME Client Portal / Pricing Software (One-Off)
-
Additional fixed fee of £1,000 per project
-
Required only where the client wishes to use IMME pricing schedule software
-

3. IMME Project Engagement Tiers (Services)
Tier 1 – Priority IMME Support
Fixed Fee: £10,000 per project, per month
IMME support provided on a regular, priority basis for a defined project, working directly with project teams to deliver IMME outputs and support commercial decision-making as it arises. Suited to periods of higher workload or complexity where frequent involvement is required, without full-time commitment.
Tier 2 – Scheduled IMME Support
Fixed Fee: £6,250 per project, per month
IMME support delivered for a defined project on a planned output schedule aligned to agreed milestones and decision points. Suited to projects that benefit from consistent input without the need for continuous availability.
Tier 3 – On-Demand IMME Support
Fixed Fee: £4,000 per project, per month
IMME support provided for a defined project at specific points to review, validate, or strengthen project outputs when required. Suited to capable teams needing targeted input rather than regular involvement.
Notes:
Tiers are reviewed periodically. Where a change is required, Immercial will advise the client in advance of the next monthly cycle.
Immercial may engage specialist QSs, self-employed professionals, or accredited IMME practitioners to support delivery across all tiers. Clients will be informed and introduced where applicable.
4. IMME AI (A Governed, Retrieval-Augmented Professional AI System)
-
Free and educational
-
Proprietary and unique

No user data storage
-

7. Value Statement
“Immercial owns the dominant commercial governance method for MEP quantity surveying, with recurring enterprise fees, per-project governance revenues, platform monetisation, and a globally certified professional base operating through the IMME Method.”
Location Factors and Demands
Where specific requests require work outside Immercial’s standard delivery model (for example, on-site attendance rather than delivery from our offices), a £1,500 per-day adjustment will apply. This covers days requiring increased intensity or site presence beyond the planned delivery rhythm.
These instances sit outside Immercial’s operating model, which is intentionally built around efficient remote delivery through proprietary systems, templates, and technology. The adjustment reflects the additional cost and operational impact of stepping outside that framework. Where applied, this does not constitute full-time delivery.
Client Savings
For context, our indicative standard day rates (outlined below and subject to location and project-specific factors) allow clients to approximate monthly requirements. Even at Tier 1, the capped monthly fee of £10,000 (subject to exceptional-intensity adjustments) represents a significant cost saving. In practice, Tier 1 reflects an average rhythm of around three remote working days per week. This structure delivers high-intensity support without the cost of full-time day-rate engagement, while preserving the autonomy and bandwidth required for consistent high-quality delivery.
Beyond Tier Engagements & Day-Rate Options
Some clients prefer day-rate engagements, which can be accommodated where appropriate. While Immercial’s tiered, outcome-based model is the preferred approach, day-rate work may be agreed on a project-specific basis, reflecting scope, intensity, duration, and required inputs.
Day-rate engagements are strictly limited to the agreed scope and project. They do not imply open-ended availability or extend to other work without separate agreement.
-
Indicative remote day rate: £800/day (subject to annual review, location, complexity, and project requirements)
-
Indicative on-site day rate: £1,500/day (subject to annual review, location, complexity, and project requirements)
Travel Outside England
Immercial does not operate on reimbursable travel expenses. Instead, long-distance and international travel is charged at all-inclusive day rates:
-
£1,500/day — Europe
-
£2,500/day — Wider EMEA (including Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa)
-
£3,000/day — All other international destinations
These rates cover flights, accommodation, transfers, and incidental costs, remove administrative overhead, and reflect the operational impact of international travel.
