Consultancy Agreement – Standard / Tiered Engagement

Fee Structure

The engagement follows our published tiered structure (1 / 2 / 3), applied monthly based on needs. Each tier includes all core delivery costs (tools, systems, and UK-based operations). International travel, if required, is charged separately at our fixed daily rates per our Terms of Sale.

While this agreement is based on our tiered monthly model, we acknowledge that in exceptional cases a day-rate may be agreed separately. Where applicable, day rates will be quoted on a per-project basis and apply only to the specifically scoped engagement. Day-rate delivery remains outcome-focused, not time-based, and does not imply general availability or continuous access.


Working Hours & Location

We work flexibly from our Rickmansworth HQ. Site visits are occasional and purposeful. Hours flex to suit delivery timelines.


Term & Notice

This agreement runs on a rolling monthly basis, continuing unless ended. Either party may terminate with 1 month’s notice, for any reason.
If our tier pricing changes during this time, the applicable fee will update accordingly. You will be notified in advance. Tier pricing is reviewed annually.


Tier & Input Adjustments

If needs grow or reduce beyond the current tier, we’ll propose and agree any changes. If alignment isn’t possible, we may step away with 1 month’s notice.


Payment & Confirmation

First payment confirms acceptance of these terms. Persistent misalignment or non-payment may result in termination with 1 month’s notice.


Invoicing

Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.


Independent Consultancy

We operate independently, using our own tools and systems unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery is independently controlled, platform-supported, and externally resourced. Our consultants do not operate under supervision, direction, or control of client teams, nor are they integrated into internal resourcing structures.


Conflict or Misalignment

If the relationship becomes unworkable, we may end the agreement with 1 month’s notice.
