THE IMME LICENCE™

Free Use. Protected IP. Global Standards.

The IMME Licence™ governs the use of all templates, documents, datasets, benchmarks, workflows, training materials and digital assets created and published by Immercial Limited (“IMME IP”).

Our mission is to elevate the MEP quantity surveying profession through open access to consistent, high-quality tools and methodology — while ensuring the integrity, authorship and evolution of the Immercial Method™ remain protected.

By downloading, using or adapting IMME IP, you agree to the following licence terms.

1. What you are free to do

Under this licence, users are permitted to:

1.1 Use the templates, benchmarks and resources internally

You may use IMME IP freely within your organisation, projects or studies.

1.2 Adapt or modify templates for your internal use

You may adjust, customise or build upon IMME templates inside your own business, provided you comply with all protections listed below.

1.3 Share unmodified IMME IP internally

Direct colleagues, team members and managers may use the same material, provided they comply with the licence.

1.4 Reference the Immercial Method™ framework

You may describe or reference the method, provided such description does not imply certification, accreditation, endorsement or partnership unless formally granted.

2. What you are not allowed to do

To protect the integrity of IMME IP:

2.1 You may NOT resell, repackage or redistribute IMME IP

This includes:

• Selling templates

• Bundling them into commercial products

• Sharing them on public websites

• Reposting them as your own

• Uploading them to training or software platforms

• Charging for access in any form

2.2 You may NOT remove, obscure or alter IMME branding

You must keep:

• Watermarks

• Template IDs

• Version numbers

• Copyright statements

2.3 You may NOT claim your modified version is an official IMME standard

Only documents published by Immercial Limited qualify as official.

2.4 You may NOT embed IMME IP into software, digital tools or paid platforms

Unless you have explicit written consent or an enterprise licence.

2.5 You may NOT use IMME IP to train general-purpose AI

Training of AI models on IMME content is restricted unless formally approved.

The IMME AI model will be the only authorised system.

3. Attribution requirements

All IMME IP must retain visible attribution:

4. Version control and updates

Users must always download the latest versions from the official Immercial website.

No other distribution channels are authorised.

5. Compliance checks (current and future)

Immercial reserves the right to:

• Review how IMME IP is used within organisations

• Request evidence of attribution

• Revoke rights from users who breach the licence

• Offer optional certification for individuals and organisations

These checks ensure the global standard remains consistent and reliable.

6. Certification and accreditation

Use of IMME IP does not grant:

• Certification

• Endorsement

• Qualification

• Affiliation

Certification is only issued through the Imme Academy™ and requires formal assessment and ongoing compliance.

7. AI use restriction

No IMME IP may be used to train, fine-tune or develop AI models, except where:

• The AI is owned, controlled or licensed by Immercial

• The use is explicitly authorised in writing

This ensures IMME-derived knowledge is not diluted or commercialised by third parties.

8. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using IMME IP, you accept this licence in full.
