1.1 Purpose
This Integrated Management System (IMS) Scope Statement defines the organisational and operational boundaries of the management system maintained by Immercial Limited. It covers the application of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) principles relevant to the nature, scale, and risks of our services and systems.
1.2 Organisation Overview
Immercial Limited provides specialist consultancy services for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) cost, benchmarking, pricing methods and structured commercial support, supported by proprietary methodologies, templates, benchmarks and digital tools. Our services include:

These services are governed by published IMS content on the Immercial website, including:

1.3 IMS Scope Coverage
This IMS applies to:

All strategic and operational business processes that materially affect service delivery, quality, and information security.

Digital platforms and tools used in connection with service delivery (e.g., internal systems, cloud storage, portals).

Internal management, governance, quality control, information handling and risk assessment processes.

OneDrive and cloud-hosted documentation used to support internal controls.
Included components:

Quality Management processes aligned to ISO 9001 requirements.

Information Security controls aligned to ISO 27001 requirements.

Policies, procedures, and records that demonstrate compliance with applicable standards and effective risk management.
1.4 IMS Exclusions & Boundaries
The following are not within the scope of the IMS:

Physical construction, installation or site-based engineering work.

Supplier activities outside Immercial’s direct control (third-party operational execution).

Client controlled environments and external IT systems not managed by Immercial.
These exclusions do not affect our ability to meet service obligations or conform to ISO requirements.
1.5 Justification for Exclusions
Excluded activities are not performed by, or directly controlled by, Immercial Limited and therefore are not relevant to the effective governance of our internal quality and information security systems.
1.6 Interfaces & Interactions
Immercial interfaces with clients, partners and third-party service providers through documented agreements and licensing. Published governance, terms and policies (available on the IMS web hub) form part of the operating framework and are referenced rather than duplicated internally to avoid content conflict.
1.7 Review & Amendment
This scope statement will be reviewed at least annually by senior management, or sooner in the event of significant changes to operations, systems, compliance requirements, or organisational strategy.
