Charge out fees

We invite all clients to read our charge out fees before all engagements. Note, you will need to connect with us and arrange a meeting of perspective works to obtain actual rates instead of placeholders below.
Immercial Limited: Updated Charge-Out Fees for 2025–2026
A Collective Model Built Around You
Immercial operates from our head office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, using a proprietary systems model developed entirely in-house. This unique setup enables us to deliver high-quality, highly efficient MEP cost management services, not by scaling staff, but through smart technology, intelligent workflows, and senior-level consultancy.
Our monthly fees are fully inclusive, covering all operational costs: software, licences, workspace, and support infrastructure. There are no hidden charges. These all-in rates reflect our commitment to transparency, simplicity, and lasting value.
How We Work
At Immercial, we focus on output, not activity. Every project is delivered through a structured, outcome-led model designed to protect value, not inflate hours. To do this, we operate with a few important principles:
- Pre-scheduled meetings only – no ad hoc or unscoped calls
- Lean, structured communication – no excess email back-and-forth
- Efficient site visits – gather, advise, move forward
- No general involvement – we’re not an employee substitute
Our systems, like the IMME Portal and task trackers, keep everything clear and moving, so you get more progress with less noise.
IMME Units: What You’re Paying For
To maintain fairness, clarity, and performance across all projects, we track delivery in IMME Units, not traditional hours.
An IMME Unit broadly equates to one hour of productive work but is not tied to clock-time. Instead, it represents a block of focused, expert effort, whether delivered in real-time, asynchronously, or via high-speed systems.
We only charge for meaningful progress. No admin fluff, no idle time, no ticking clocks.
In short: you’re not paying for time; you’re paying for delivery.
Benefits to You:
- Fairer than traditional hourly models
- Faster results for the same investment
- Transparent, live-tracked delivery
- Fully focused on outcomes, not time
Travel & Site Attendance Policy
Occasional travel within London and the South East is included in your engagement tier. Where travel just beyond this zone is needed, we’ll accommodate it at no extra cost. For international or long-distance UK travel, a one-off surcharge (agreed upfront) applies, covering up to one day of travel and aligned to our remote-first delivery model.

Full Access
£x/month + VAT

Tier Fit & Flexibility
Most clients find that Core or Advanced provides the strategic continuity they need, at a significantly lower cost than hiring or retaining internal resources. We can scale support temporarily during busier phases and reduce again when things settle. All without scope drift, delays, or delivery risk.
We also rebalance your IMME Units across the week to match evolving demands, without breaching monthly caps. If needs grow consistently, we’ll adjust your tier in advance and by agreement.
