2026–2027 Commercial Rate Schedule
Transparent pricing for specialist MEP commercial support.
Immercial provides specialist MEP quantity surveying and commercial-management services supported by the Immercial Method™, proprietary commercial systems, benchmark intelligence and IMME AI.
Our preferred engagement model is structured monthly support, priced per active project according to the level of senior commercial input, workload, responsiveness and project intensity required.
This schedule should be read alongside the applicable:
- Consultancy Agreement or Order Confirmation
- Terms of Sale
- Policy
- agreed scope or proposal
Where there is any inconsistency, the specific written engagement terms agreed with the client take precedence.
1. Standard Project Engagement Tiers
Targeted
From £2,000 per active project / month
For capable project teams requiring focused senior MEP commercial input at defined points.
Typical applications may include:
- cost-plan review
- benchmark validation
- tender sanity checks
- tender-return review
- variation review
- contract or scope review
- targeted commercial advice
- defined commercial checkpoints
Targeted support is suited to projects where Immercial is required at specific stages rather than on a regular ongoing rhythm.
Scheduled
From £4,000 per active project / month
For projects requiring planned commercial support aligned to agreed milestones, reviews, meetings or reporting dates.
Typical applications may include:
- structured tender-review periods
- procurement support
- monthly commercial oversight
- cost and benchmark reviews
- variation and change-control support
- application and valuation review
- planned reporting
- ongoing commercial checkpoints
Scheduled support provides consistent specialist input without implying continuous or unrestricted availability.
Priority
From £8,000 per active project / month
For projects requiring frequent senior commercial involvement, increased workload, rapid review and active support around live commercial decisions.
Typical applications may include:
- high-value or high-risk projects
- intensive procurement or tender periods
- complex commercial issues
- significant change management
- frequent project-team interaction
- commercial reporting and CVR support
- final-account activity
- periods requiring increased response priority
Priority support provides a higher level of planned Immercial involvement while remaining subject to the agreed scope and delivery model.
2. Per-Project Pricing
Each active project is assessed separately.
The appropriate tier reflects factors such as:
- project scale
- complexity
- programme
- commercial risk
- project stage
- required outputs
- meeting and review frequency
- information volume
- urgency
- anticipated Immercial workload
The tier is therefore a measure of support intensity, not simply project value.
3. Multiple Projects & Portfolio Support
Where a client has more than one active project, each project is reviewed and allocated the appropriate support tier separately.
The resulting project fees may then be combined into one clear monthly portfolio arrangement.
For example, a client’s portfolio may contain:
- one Targeted project
- two Scheduled projects
- one Priority project
This allows Immercial to support different projects at different levels without forcing every project into the same commercial arrangement.
4. Monthly Tier Review
Project requirements can change during delivery.
Where the level of required support materially increases or reduces, Immercial may recommend movement to a different tier for the following monthly period.
Any material change to the agreed commercial arrangement will be communicated with the client in advance and dealt with in accordance with the applicable engagement terms.
This allows the level of support to remain proportionate to the actual project requirement.
5. What the Monthly Fee Includes
Unless otherwise stated in the agreed scope, the applicable monthly fee includes the Immercial resources reasonably required to deliver the agreed service.
This may include:
- senior specialist MEP QS input
- use of the Immercial Method™
- relevant IMME Portal functionality
- proprietary Immercial commercial systems
- controlled templates and workflows
- benchmark and QSOR information where relevant
- IMME AI-supported analysis and retrieval
- normal internal quality and specialist review
- Immercial’s standard remote-delivery infrastructure
The client is engaging Immercial’s specialist professional service.
The systems and technology support that service and are not ordinarily charged as separate software products unless a separate commercial arrangement is expressly agreed.
6. Scope & Additional Work
Each engagement is based on an agreed scope, project and level of support.
The monthly fee does not imply:
- unlimited work
- unrestricted access
- full-time availability
- responsibility for all project commercial functions
- employee-type integration into the client’s organisation
- work across additional projects not included in the engagement
Materially additional work, new projects or services outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed before being undertaken.
7. Standard Delivery Model
Immercial’s operating model is primarily based on efficient remote delivery supported by its proprietary systems, controlled commercial information and structured workflows.
Project meetings and reviews are normally planned around the agreed support rhythm.
Site attendance or other in-person activity may be undertaken where it is commercially useful or required by the agreed scope.
Immercial does not operate as a substitute for the client’s employees, project QS team or internal management structure.
8. Separate Day-Rate Engagements
Where a monthly tier is not appropriate, Immercial may agree a separately scoped day-rate engagement.
Indicative rates are:
Remote specialist support
From £1,000 / day
UK on-site attendance or agreed high-intensity day
From £1,500 / day
Day-rate engagements:
- require separate written agreement
- apply only to the agreed project and scope
- do not create unrestricted availability
- do not automatically extend to additional work or projects
The applicable agreed rate may vary according to complexity, urgency, duration, location and scope.
9. UK On-Site Attendance Outside the Planned Tier
Where a client specifically requests UK on-site attendance that falls outside the normal planned delivery rhythm of the applicable monthly tier, an additional:
£1,500 per day
may apply.
This reflects the additional operational impact of delivering outside Immercial’s standard remote-service model.
Where attendance is already expressly included within an agreed scope, the agreed engagement terms apply instead.
10. International Travel
Where international attendance is expressly agreed, Immercial’s current all-inclusive travel day rates are:
Europe
£1,500 / day
Wider EMEA
£2,500 / day
Other international destinations
£3,000 / day
These rates are intended to cover the operational cost of the agreed travel requirement rather than generating separate reimbursable claims for flights, accommodation, transfers and incidental travel costs.
11. Specialist Support & Delivery Capacity
Immercial is specialist-led.
Where appropriate to the engagement, Immercial may use vetted specialists or approved collaborators operating within Immercial’s delivery standards, confidentiality requirements and quality controls.
Immercial remains responsible for managing its professional service delivery in accordance with the agreed engagement.
12. IMME Portal, Systems & AI
The IMME Portal and associated proprietary systems support Immercial’s client-delivery model.
Depending on the engagement, this may include controlled use of:
- CostPlan
- Pricing Schedule
- Tender Returns & Levelling
- Benchmarks
- QSOR
- Commercial Control
- IMME AI
These systems support the professional service.
They do not replace Immercial’s specialist MEP QS review, project-specific validation or commercial responsibility.
No separate Portal, software or AI fee applies unless expressly stated in the client’s agreed commercial arrangement.
13. Currency, VAT & Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed:
- fees are stated in GBP (£)
- VAT is payable where applicable
- applicable taxes, duties or bank charges are payable in addition where legally required
- alternative currency arrangements may be agreed in writing
Payment terms are governed by the applicable Terms of Sale and engagement agreement.
14. Annual Fee Review
Immercial may review its published rates periodically.
Any changes to an existing engagement will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable written agreement and communicated before taking effect.
Published rates do not retrospectively change fees already agreed for completed work.
15. Commercial Status
This page is intended to provide transparency around Immercial’s standard commercial model.
The exact:
- scope
- outputs
- project
- tier
- duration
- fee
- assumptions
- exclusions
- delivery rhythm
for each engagement will be confirmed in writing.
The applicable Consultancy Agreement, Order Confirmation, proposal and Terms of Sale govern the engagement.
Engagement
For a new project, Immercial will first understand:
- the project
- current stage
- commercial issue
- required outcome
- required level of support
We can then recommend whether the project is best suited to:
Targeted, Scheduled or Priority support
or whether a separately scoped engagement would be more appropriate.
