How the Programme Works

This is a one-to-one, high-intensity commercial training programme run directly by the business owners.

In just 4 weeks, your chosen graduate or apprentice will be immersed in live project tasks, structured learning, and commercial document handling — all inside a real consultancy environment.

Weekly blend:

3.5 days per week at our head office (Rickmansworth)

1.5 days remote, completing live tasks to deadlines

We provide direct mentorship, structured deliverables, continuous feedback, and final certification.

Thurs (AM) In-office wrap-up + focused deep-dive topics

Friday Remote — deadline-driven task submission

All public holidays are factored in — we run the full programme regardless of calendar month.

Why IMME Academy Exists

While not originally designed as a formal programme, our prototype trial with a graduate employee showed us what’s possible: within 1 month, we condensed years of real-world commercial training into one immersive experience. This insight led to the creation of IMME Academy.
